Great location near major attractions and public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to address my concerns. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay during my New Year's celebration. the hotel provided complimentary toiletries and excellent internet connection.

The lack of common facilities such as a microwave and limited toiletries could be improved. there was no room service available which made it inconvenient for basic needs like water.

Included a shower and bath sheets, all very handy. Had quick check-in too. I enjoyed the staff, they're welcoming and accommodating.

I recently stayed at Zen Rooms and had a great experience. The bed was incredibly spacious and the pillows were soft and comfortable. Despite the aircon being a bit too cold, the room was still cozy and the fresh sheets added to the overall comfort. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and made sure I had a pleasant stay. Although I arrived early and couldn't check-in, they provided a comfortable waiting area for me. The rooms, toilets, and bathrooms were all clean. The hotel offered decent facilities and the Wi-Fi was fast, although there were some connection issues during my stay. it was a peaceful and quiet place, and the inclusive pools and recreational facilities were a nice addition. The value for money was excellent, with a two-night stay costing around 2k. I saved a lot and was impressed with the breathtaking view from the 19th floor.
